‘Camel militia’ attack South Darfur bus kills three, injures ten
Three people were allegedly killed and ten injured in the area of Laluba, north of Kass in South Darfur, when gunmen attacked a bus on its way El Geneina to Nyala on Monday. One of the passengers told Radio Dabanga that militiamen on camels and horses opened fire on the bus and robbed the passengers of their money, mobile phones, and luggage. The bus transported 60 passengers. The authorities in Kass were informed about the incident, but did not persecute the assailants, sources said.
