Anti-regime demonstrations reach Sennar
A number of citizens from Sennar went out for peaceful protests on Monday on the streets and in Sennar Market. They were demanding the downfall of the regime and the improvement of the situation for new graduates.
A number of citizens from Sennar went out for peaceful protests on Monday on the streets and in Sennar Market. They were demanding the downfall of the regime and the improvement of the situation for new graduates. Protesters also complained of the increase in prices. The demonstrators spoke against the government with slogans calling for reforms.
Darfur’s exiled Sudan Liberation Movement leader Abdel Wahid Al Nur called on the Sudanese once more to go out on the streets and demand for the downfall of the current regime. He urged protesters to persist until the regime falls and Al Bashir is handed over to the court in The Hague.
