Abbala militants rape ‘3 displaced women’ in W Darfur
A group of militants raped three displaced women on Saturday in Murnei camp, West Darfur. A relative of one of the victims told Radio Dabanga that the militants are Abbala tribesmen.The Abbala militants attacked the three women who were on their way back to the camp from their farms in Wadi Tour, south of Murnei, the relative added. Another source said that the Abbala militants raped the women at gunpoint and added that they released the women late Saturday night.The source revealed that the three victims were taken to Murnei hospital for treatment.
