A massive fire that broke out in Bir Saliba in Sirba locality in West Darfur has destroyed 57 family homes, leaving dozens of families out in the open.
A massive fire that broke out in Bir Saliba in Sirba locality in West Darfur has destroyed 57 family homes, leaving dozens of families out in the open.
The cause of the blaze, which broke out on Tuesday, is still unknown, however a witness told Radio Dabanga that it quickly spread to many homes, and destroyed 57 of them entirely.
The caller pointed out that the victims are now living in the open without food or shelter, and appealed to the authorities and humanitarian organisations to bring them aid.
