13 year old girl raped near Zam Zam camp
Abu Tira (central reserves forces) raped a 13 year old girl on Tuesday evening near Zam Zam camp. A relative of the girl said she went out of the camp with a friend to collect firewood and gather straw as the men surrounded her. The friend managed to run away but the girl was repeatedly raped. She eventually managed to escape and was taken to hospital in El Fasher in North Darfur. The attack has been reported to the police and the UN/African Union Mission in Darfur.
